Guy keep calling my cell phone stating that he is Officer Martinez from Debt resolution center. He have a foreign accent, give my social security number, and make comments about me running from a debt I owe. He states that I need to give him a call back because there is a legal case that is pending against me and all he can say, if I don't is, he wish me well with this matter and may God bless me. My concern is, this guy with my social security number calling a number that he don't know is mine or not. Whatever the case, I feel it is a fraud. No professional give out a person's social security number on a voicemail. Something needs to be done about this individual and the company.

This is not the first time I've received a call from this number. This time it was on my mobile phone - whose number has been registered with the national do-not-call registry.

A person from this number called my place of employment and insisted on faxing papers but was denied my another employee. They wanted personal information about me and was asking if they had a telephone number and/or address. This happened today,. I received a telephone call at home from my co-worker who stated these fact. I am a nurse and this is very disrupted to our unit. I work nights and the phone call was during the day approx. 1600hrs. I really hope you can help and stop the harassment.

Something about calling back later. Asked to press 1 if I wanted my number removed from their list. Automated voice of a man with a british accent. Apologized for convenience, said they won't call again.

Answered. There was no response from the caller.
